Installation of multiple lines of pre-purchased equipment and related services into a new purpose-built facility. Challenges included redesign of service routes and locations to optimise operational and maintenance performance and managing start of equipment installation through early-access phase of facility construction to meet client timeline.

This project included the installation of a bottle filling and packing line with a range of bottle sizes 1L to 5L. We needed to maximise the Australian supplied equipment to minimise Covid-19 impact and provide engineering design for the safe delivery of product from storage tank to filler then the packing line equipment through to palletising. Challenges included managing unique safety hazards due to toxic nature of product and late delivery of components due to covid-19 supply chain issues

For this project we managed the install three lines of food processing equipment from the UK on behalf of the OEM. The equipment was installed into a renovated production area of an existing facility and challenges included reduced expert support due to Covid-19 travel restrictions and integration with equipment immediately before and after the UK equipment.

Our client needed to add a specialised production area to their facility to enable the new production line to be installed and commissioned within 6 months. This required the warehouse area adjacent to existing production to be converted to a temperature and humidity-controlled space meeting specific equipment and quality specifications for the new production line. This was achieved on time and under budget.
